Week 9 - Animation, platforming and respawn system
Animation
Running, Jumping, Bounce Power, Dashing Pose
Starting "Plate " modeled and added to the game:
Butter Beast
Butter Beast has been rigged and skinned!

We were also experimenting with different textures and color pallets for the butter beast this week and we decided to go with the one shown below:
User Interface
We started concepting some ideas for our UI, start, pause and end screen.
We also decided to make a custom font for our game to fit the vibe that we are going for!
Programming
We have reworked the respawn system, now the player that dies respawns after a few seconds next to the teammate!!
Reworked the balancing of the layers spawning, so that there isn't a huge tower at some point.
The players are now not able to move anymore behind the cake.
We added coyote time and input buffering
Reworked dash so it will feel more smoother and natural
Added a win screen when reaching the correct amount of layers (will rework this to correct height next week)
Finished the icecream platform by implementing the sliding mechanic
Added the spikes platform that damages players and launch them upwards
Fixed some bugs like:
- when a player got hit by a bomb, they wouldn't fall down anymore
- when both players die at the same time, they kept spawning next to each other and both kept dying
- when leaving the honey platform the slow would in some cases still be applied
